How can we be connected? Connected to our SELF and connected to others.

Connection: (in no particular order);


Time.

- The most important of all. No time = no connection


Thoughtfulness.

- Little gestures mean a lot.


Acceptance.

- Unconditional. I am okay and so are you just as you are.


Recognition.

- Acknowledging personal progress in ourselves and in others.


Respect.

- Always give it to the best of your ability, even if you are upset.


Kindness.

- Not hard nor costly to be kind to others.


Listening

- Attentiveness and care in giving and receiving.


Eye contact

- Being present and mindful.

Connecting with others should be easy, and as natural as breathing. Why then does it sometimes feel impossible to connect with certain people.
